Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pumpkin Cream using Blender: Add the heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla syrup, and pumpkin pie spice to a blender. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth and slightly thickened.
  2. Assemble the Cold Brew with Blender Pumpkin Cream: Divide the cold brew coffee into two cups filled with ice. Add vanilla syrup to the cold brew if you desire a sweeter drink. Top each cup with half of the pumpkin cream. Sprinkle a little pumpkin pie spice on top for garnish and serve immediately.
