Pumpkin Cream
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp milk

Cold Brew Coffee
- 2 cups cold brew coffee (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tbsp vanilla syrup (optional, for sweetening cold brew)
Instructions
- Prepare the Pumpkin Cream using Blender: Add the heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla syrup, and pumpkin pie spice to a blender. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth and slightly thickened.
- Assemble the Cold Brew with Blender Pumpkin Cream: Divide the cold brew coffee into two cups filled with ice. Add vanilla syrup to the cold brew if you desire a sweeter drink. Top each cup with half of the pumpkin cream. Sprinkle a little pumpkin pie spice on top for garnish and serve immediately.
- Prepare the Pumpkin Cream using Hand-Held Frother: Alternatively, add the heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla syrup, and pumpkin pie spice to a tall glass. Froth the mixture with a handheld frother for 30-40 seconds until creamy and fluffy.
