Instructions

- Hollow Croissants: Using a piping tip or a similar tool, carefully hollow out the bottom of each mini croissant to create space for the filling.
- Prepare to Stuff: Transfer the whipped brie and cream cheese mixture into a piping bag. Using a straw or a small tool, create a well in the center of the cheese filling inside the bag and add some of the fig chipotle jam into this well, reserving 1-2 tablespoons of jam for brushing later.

- Finish Topping: Brush the tops of the stuffed croissants with the reserved fig jam, then sprinkle crushed almonds on top so they stick.
