Description

Wicked Witch Fudge is a festive and delightfully sweet treat perfect for Halloween celebrations. This creamy fudge combines white chocolate, marshmallow cream, and classic rich ingredients, enhanced with a spooky touch of green food coloring and themed sprinkles. It’s an easy-to-make no-bake candy that delivers a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture with a fun seasonal twist.

Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients

  • 5 cups sugar
  • 1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)
  • 7 ounces marshmallow cream
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Green food coloring, as desired
  • Witch or spooky sprinkles and candies for decoration

Instructions

  1. Combine Chocolate and Marshmallow Cream: In a large bowl, mix the white chocolate chips with the marshmallow cream until well combined and set aside.
  2. Prepare Sugar Mixture: In a saucepan (at least 4 quarts capacity), combine the butter, evaporated milk, and sugar.
  3. Boil the Mixture: Bring the combined mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Continue boiling for 8 minutes or until the mixture reaches 235°F (soft ball stage).
  4. Mix Boiled Sugar with Chocolate Fluff: Pour the hot boiled sugar mixture over the white chocolate and marshmallow cream mixture. Stir continuously until the chocolate melts and the mixture is fully combined. Add vanilla extract and green food coloring, stirring until evenly distributed.
  5. Set and Decorate: Pour the fudge mixture into a greased or parchment-lined 9×13 inch pan. Decorate the top with witch or spooky-themed sprinkles and candies. Allow it to cool completely until firm.
  6. Slice and Serve: Once firm, cut the fudge into 1-inch squares and serve.

Notes

  • Use a candy thermometer to accurately monitor the temperature during boiling for best results.
  • Stir continuously while boiling the sugar mixture to avoid burning or sticking.
  • Ensure the fudge is completely cool and set before slicing to maintain clean edges.
  • Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
  • Optional: Adjust green food coloring quantity for desired color intensity.
