- Juice of 1 lime
- Lime zest (zest of half a lime)
Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: Place the watermelon, lime juice, and lime zest into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer and Freeze: Transfer the mixture to a shallow, freezable container. Place it in the freezer.
- Scrape and Refreeze: After two hours, gently scrape the top layer with a spoon. Return to the freezer. Repeat after another 2 hours.
- Final Freeze: Freeze until solid, approximately 6 hours depending on the container’s surface area.
- Serve: Scrape the frozen mixture with a spoon and serve.
