Description

This Watermelon + Cucumber Cooler is a refreshing and hydrating summer drink that combines the sweetness of watermelon with the crispness of cucumber, mint, and lime. The addition of collagen peptides adds a boost of protein to this delicious beverage.

Watermelon Cooler:

  • 1/2 watermelon, cut into large pieces (roughly 4.5 lbs)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

Cucumber Cooler:

  • 1/4 cucumber, peeled
  • 1/2 cup mint
  • 2 limes, halved
  • Club soda

Instructions

  1. Muddle mint: Muddle mint and divide into glasses and top with crushed ice.
  2. Blend watermelon mix: In a blender, combine watermelon, honey, Collagen Peptides, and cucumber. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Fill glasses: Pour the watermelon mix into glasses, filling them 2/3 of the way.
  4. Add lime juice: Squeeze juice from half a lime into each glass.
  5. Top with club soda: Add a bit of club soda to each glass, stir, and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your taste preferences.
