Instructions
- Mix Sweet Potato and Flour: In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potato and flour until well-mixed to form a dough ball.
- Divide and Roll: Separate the dough into 5 equal parts. Roll out each portion into tortillas about 1/2 cm thick on a floured surface.
- Cook: Cook the tortillas in a hot pan over medium-high heat for 1 minute on each side. Stack cooked tortillas on a plate with a kitchen towel to keep them flexible.
