For the Creamer:
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff (or cream)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
For Toasting:
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Toast the Marshmallows – Place mini marshmallows on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Broil for 1-2 minutes until golden brown or use a kitchen torch. Watch closely!
- Heat the Milk and Cream – In a saucepan, combine whole milk, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over medium heat until warmed through.
- Add Marshmallows and Fluff – Stir in toasted marshmallows and marshmallow fluff until melted and smooth.
- Stir in Extracts – Remove from heat and mix in vanilla and almond extracts.
- Cool and Store – Let the creamer cool, then transfer to a jar or container. Refrigerate for up to a week.
