Ingredients
Water:

Green Tea:
2 tbsp Green tea leaves or 4 green tea bags
Thai Basil Leaves:
1 cup
Limes:
2 Large limes (juiced)
Honey:
to taste
Lime Slices:
Extra for garnish

Instructions
- Heat Water: Heat water to almost boiling and then remove it from the heat. Steep the green tea for about 3 minutes.
- Add Basil: Remove the green tea leaves or bags and add the fresh Thai basil leaves to the hot tea. Let steep for about 5-10 minutes while the tea is cooling down.
- Strain and Sweeten: Strain the mixture into a pitcher and stir in honey to the warm mixture.
- Add Lime Juice: Once the tea has cooled to room temperature, stir in the fresh lime juice.
- Chill: Refrigerate the tea until thoroughly chilled, about 1-2 hours.
- Serve: Fill glasses or jars with ice cubes and pour the chilled tea over them. Garnish each glass with a slice of lime and some basil leaves. Enjoy!
