- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 3 diced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- 2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Coating:
- 2 cups crushed pork rinds
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
Instructions
- Prepare the Cheese Mixture: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, jalapenos, Monterey Jack cheese, bacon crumbles, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Preheat Air Fryer and Prepare Coating Ingredients: Preheat air fryer. Whisk eggs and heavy cream in a bowl. Place pork rind crumbs in another bowl.
- Form and Coat the Cheese Bites: Scoop cheese mixture into balls. Dip in egg mixture, then coat with pork rind crumbs. Place on baking tray.
- Air Fry the Cheese Bites: Spray air fryer basket, place coated cheese bites inside without touching. Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes.
