  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Coating:

  • 2 cups crushed pork rinds
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cheese Mixture: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, jalapenos, Monterey Jack cheese, bacon crumbles, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Preheat Air Fryer and Prepare Coating Ingredients: Preheat air fryer. Whisk eggs and heavy cream in a bowl. Place pork rind crumbs in another bowl.
