  • Author: lilan
  • Total Time: 6 hours 10 minutes
  • Yield: 6-8 popsicles depending on mold size 1x
  • Diet: Low Calorie

Description

These Sugar Free Popsicles are a refreshing and healthy treat made with just three simple ingredients: fresh berries, lemon juice, and a natural sweetener. Easily blended and frozen, they are perfect for a guilt-free snack or dessert, offering vibrant fruity flavors without added sugar.

Ingredients

Scale

Fruits

  • 3 cups Fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and/or blackberries)

Liquids

  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup Water (or coconut water)

Sweetener

  • 1/3 cup Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend (or more to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Gather 3 cups of fresh mixed berries, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/3 cup water or coconut water, and 1/3 cup of powdered monk fruit sweetener.
  2. Blend Mixture: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetener as needed to suit your preference.
  3. Fill Molds: Pour the blended berry mixture into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks and cover the molds if they come with a lid to prevent freezer burns.
  4. Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and allow the popsicles to freeze completely. This typically takes at least 6 hours or preferably overnight for best results.
  5. Remove Popsicles: To easily release the popsicles from the molds, briefly run the molds under warm water for a few seconds and then gently pull out the popsicles.

Notes

  • Use any combination of fresh berries depending on your taste preferences or what you have available.
  • You can substitute water with coconut water for a slight tropical twist and added electrolytes.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less monk fruit sweetener to suit your preference.
  • Allow the popsicles to freeze thoroughly to prevent them from being too soft when eating.
  • Running warm water for a few seconds is the easiest way to release the popsicles without breaking them.
