  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot (julienned)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. STEP 1: MARINATE THE STEAK AND SHRIMP – In a bowl, combine soy sauce and cornstarch. Add steak and shrimp, mix well, and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  2. STEP 2: COOK THE STEAK – Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet, cook steak for 2-3 minutes, then set aside.
  3. STEP 3: COOK THE SHRIMP – Add more oil to the skillet, cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes, and set aside.
  4. STEP 4: STIR FRY THE VEGETABLES – Sauté bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot for 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
  5. STEP 5: COMBINE AND SERVE – Return meat to skillet, toss with vegetables, and cook for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
