Marshmallow Topping:

  • 36 large marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×9 pan with parchment paper on all sides.
  2. Graham Crackers: Arrange a single layer of graham crackers in the lined pan. Set aside.
  3. Prepare Chocolate Mixture: Combine chopped chocolate, cocoa powder, and espresso powder in a bowl.
  4. Brown the Butter: Brown the butter in a pan until golden and nutty.
  5. Melt Chocolate: Pour browned butter over chocolate mixture and stir until melted. Let cool.
  6. Mix Batter: Whisk eggs and sugars, then add chocolate mixture and flour. Fold until combined.
  7. Fill Pan: Pour batter over graham crackers in the pan.
