Graham Cracker Crust:

  • 30 graham crackers, crushed to crumbs
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Filling:

  • 16 ounces mini marshmallows (about 6 cups)
  • 12 ounces milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt. Press into a 9×13 pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Add Marshmallows: Top the crust with 4 cups of mini marshmallows and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  4. Add Chocolate: Sprinkle the milk chocolate chips evenly over the melted marshmallows.
  5. Finish: Top with remaining marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs. Bake for another 10 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing.
