Graham Cracker Crust:
- 30 graham crackers, crushed to crumbs
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Filling:
- 16 ounces mini marshmallows (about 6 cups)
- 12 ounces milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt. Press into a 9×13 pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Add Marshmallows: Top the crust with 4 cups of mini marshmallows and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Add Chocolate: Sprinkle the milk chocolate chips evenly over the melted marshmallows.
- Finish: Top with remaining marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs. Bake for another 10 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- For easier slicing, refrigerate the bars before cutting.
