Frozen Pineapple:

  • 3 cups

Lime Zest:

  • zest of 1 lime

Fresh Lime Juice:

  • 2 Tablespoons (from 1 lime)

Collagen Protein or Chia Seeds:

  • 4 Tablespoons collagen protein or 2 Tablespoons chia seeds

Full-Fat Coconut Milk:

  • 1 cup (or more, as needed)

Water:

  • 1/21 cup (as needed, to help it blend)

Baby Spinach:

  • Optional: 1-2 cups

Instructions

  1. Combine: Place frozen pineapple, lime zest, lime juice, collagen or chia seeds, and coconut milk (and spinach, if using) in the blender. Add about 1/2 cup water to help it blend.
  2. Puree: Puree until smooth, adding water as needed to help it blend smoothly.
  3. Serve: Pour into glasses and enjoy!
