Frozen Pineapple:

Lime Zest:
- zest of 1 lime
Fresh Lime Juice:
- 2 Tablespoons (from 1 lime)
Collagen Protein or Chia Seeds:
- 4 Tablespoons collagen protein or 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
Full-Fat Coconut Milk:
- 1 cup (or more, as needed)
Water:
- 1/2–1 cup (as needed, to help it blend)
Baby Spinach:
- Optional: 1-2 cups
Instructions
- Combine: Place frozen pineapple, lime zest, lime juice, collagen or chia seeds, and coconut milk (and spinach, if using) in the blender. Add about 1/2 cup water to help it blend.
- Puree: Puree until smooth, adding water as needed to help it blend smoothly.
- Serve: Pour into glasses and enjoy!
