This refreshing Passion Fruit Tea recipe combines the tropical flavors of passion fruit with the zesty kick of lime, creating a deliciously unique beverage perfect for any time of the day.

For the Tea:
- 4 cups water
- 2 teaspoons black tea leaves (you can use green tea leaves as well)
- 5–6 mint leaves (plus more for garnishing)
For Flavoring and Garnish:
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 cup passion fruit pulp (from 5–6 fruits)
- Ice cubes
- Lime roundels (as required, for garnishing)
Instructions
- Prepare the Tea: Heat water in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Once boiling, remove from heat. Add tea and mint leaves, steep for 2 minutes.
- Strain and Cool: Strain the tea into a pitcher. Let it cool for 10-15 minutes or refrigerate for quicker cooling.
- Add Flavorings: Stir in sugar, lime juice, and passion fruit pulp until sugar dissolves. Refrigerate for up to 2-3 days if making ahead.
- Assemble: Fill glasses with ice, mint leaves, and lime roundels. Pour tea over ice and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar based on your preference.
- For a stronger tea flavor, steep the tea leaves for a longer duration.
