- 50 g dark muscovado sugar (can use dark brown sugar or coconut sugar)
Instructions
- Whip the Cream: In a large bowl, whip the cream until you get firm peaks, but be careful not to over whip. You can use electric beaters or a hand whisk.
- Combine Cream and Yoghurt: Stir the yoghurt into the cream until thoroughly incorporated.
- Chill and Sweeten: Scrape the mixture into a serving bowl, level the top, sprinkle with sugar, and refrigerate for at least an hour for the sugar to melt.
- Serve: Enjoy the Norwegian Cream with fresh berries, fruits, or a fruit salad.
