Instructions

  2. Combine Cream and Yoghurt: Stir the yoghurt into the cream until thoroughly incorporated.
  3. Chill and Sweeten: Scrape the mixture into a serving bowl, level the top, sprinkle with sugar, and refrigerate for at least an hour for the sugar to melt.
