- 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (90ml, from about two medium lemons)
- 6 tablespoons water (90ml)
Instructions
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the protein powder, oats, poppy seeds, Truvia, and lemon zest. Stir until evenly mixed.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Pour in lemon juice and water. Stir until a dough forms.
