- 2 tbsp chopped nuts or seeds
- Handful of mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Blend wet ingredients: In a blender, combine cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
- Add dry ingredients: Transfer mixture to a bowl. Stir in cocoa powder and protein powder (if using) until thick and smooth.
- Mix-ins: Fold in nuts, seeds, and chocolate chips.
- Shape bites: Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on parchment-lined tray.
- Chill: Refrigerate for 1 hour (or freeze for 30 minutes).
- Store: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
