For the sauce:

  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti: Cook spaghetti al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the chicken: Season chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in olive oil until golden brown and fully cooked. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the sauce: In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic. Add chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer until slightly thickened.
