- 5 Mission Zero Carb tortillas
Fillings:
- 2.5 string cheese sticks, cut in half
- 10 tbsp tomato sauce
- 15 slices turkey pepperoni
Seasonings:
- “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter” spray
- Oregano, to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Tortillas: Spread 2 tbsp tomato sauce on each tortilla. Add 3 turkey pepperoni slices and half a string cheese stick. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Season the Rolls: Lightly spray the rolls with butter spray and sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes until the rolls are crispy and golden.
