For the Crust:
- 6 ounces Low-moisture Mozzarella Natural Cheese, shredded
- 1 ounce Cream Cheese
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/2 cup Blanched Almond Flour
For the Topping:
- 6 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Parsley
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Grated White Cheddar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Shred the mozzarella cheese in a microwave-safe bowl. Add almond flour and cream cheese to the same bowl. Microwave for 1 minute.
- Add egg, mix until pasty dough. With a spatula or by hand, mix until well incorporated.
- Scoop out onto greased parchment paper. Add another sheet of parchment over top, roll out to desired thickness.
- Remove top parchment paper and shape into a heart. Bake in the oven for 10 mins.
- Take it out and flip it over. While the fathead dough is baking, add remaining ingredients into a medium bowl. Mix together with a hand mixer.
- After the fathead dough has cooled, add the topping mixture evenly to the top of the fathead dough. Bake another 16-18 minutes, depending on thickness.
- Allow it to cool. Using a pizza cutter, cut the pizza into pieces. Enjoy!
