- 1 scoop (30g) protein powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 large egg
- Liquid (water, almond milk, flax milk) (to thin out the batter)

Instructions
- Melt the butter: In a pyrex measuring cup or small mixing bowl, melt the butter.
- Combine ingredients: Add the protein powder, baking powder, salt, egg, and liquid to the melted butter. Mix everything together using a fork.
- Preheat waffle iron: Preheat your waffle iron.
- Cook waffles: Pour half of the batter into the waffle iron, close the lid, and cook until the waffle is golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve: Serve the waffles immediately with additional butter or sugar-free maple syrup.
