- 1 1/4 teaspoon fast-acting yeast (1 packet)
Topping:
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons oregano powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Proof the yeast. Add wet ingredients to the dry mixture.
- Spread the dough. Prepare the garlic butter.
- Spread garlic butter over the dough. Sprinkle cheeses on top.
- Allow dough to rest. Bake until lightly browned.
- Slice and store.
- Prepare garlic butter in a small bowl.
