Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mascarpone Topping: In a small bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and sugar. Use an electric frother or whisk to beat until thick and smooth.
  2. Make the Latte: In a tall glass filled with ice, pour 1-2 shots of espresso or 1/2 cup of strong coffee. Top with your choice of milk.
  3. Add the Mascarpone Topping: Spoon the prepared mascarpone topping over the latte.
