Broth Mixture:

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Prepare seasoning: In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, salt, pepper, and fresh thyme.
  3. Coat potatoes: Slice the potatoes into 1-inch rounds and place them in a large bowl. Pour the butter mixture over the potatoes and mix to coat evenly.
  4. Roast potatoes: Layer the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Flip the potatoes and roast for an additional 15 minutes.

  6. Final roast: Remove the potatoes from the oven, flip them once more, and pour the broth mixture over them. Return to the oven and roast for another 15 minutes.
