- 4 oz cream cheese
For the Coating:

- ½ cup dried mango (chopped)
- ¼ cup honey roasted pistachios (chopped)
- 1 tsp honey
- olive oil spray
Instructions
- Mix Cheeses: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and goat cheese.
- Prepare Coating: Chop mint leaves, dried mango, and pistachios, add to the cheese mixture along with honey, and fold together.
- Chill: Refrigerate mixture for 10 minutes.
- Roll into Balls: Remove from fridge, shape into balls using oiled hands.
- Serve: Plate the cheese balls and serve with crackers.
