- 1 large head romaine lettuce (chopped)
Ground Beef:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
Burger Seasoning:
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Burger Sauce:
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp maple syrup
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Toppings:
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- 1/2 red onion (sliced)
- 2 large pickles (sliced)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
Instructions
- Cook Ground Beef: Heat up your skillet and add in beef mince. Add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned for about 5-7 minutes.
- Prepare Burger Sauce: Remove excess liquid from beef and set it aside. In a bowl, combine sour cream, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper to make the burger sauce.
- Assemble Bowls: In serving bowls, layer chopped lettuce, cooked ground beef, avocado slices, red onion slices, pickle slices, and cherry tomato halves.
