  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cubed
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip

Decoration:

  • Chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F: Grease a 11×7-inch (2 quart) glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Mix Brownie Layer: Combine brownie mix, egg, melted butter, and milk in a bowl. Spread into prepared dish and bake at 350F for 25-28 minutes.
  3. Cool Brownies: Allow brownies to cool to room temperature.
  4. Prepare French Silk Topping: Beat cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Add powdered sugar. Melt chocolate and butter, then mix into cream cheese. Fold in Cool Whip.
