  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced

Sauce:

  • ½ cup quick-cooking oatmeal
  • 1 1/3 cups beef broth
  • 1 ounce beefy onion soup mix
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Additional:

  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • Buns

Instructions

  1. Cook Ground Beef: In a large skillet, cook ground beef and sliced onion over medium heat until beef is cooked through. Drain any grease and transfer to a slow cooker.
