  • bell peppers (diced)
  • onion (diced)
  • mushrooms (diced)
  • reduce fat cheddar cheese to 1/4 cup
  • 1/4 cup monterey jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Whisk Eggs: In a small bowl, whisk the eggs and salt.
