  • 8 ounces (226g) marscarpone cheese or cream cheese (low-fat cream cheese works too)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon (5g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 ounce (33g) semi-sweet baking chocolate

Instructions

  1. Coffee Mixture: Place instant coffee in hot water, stir, and let cool for 5 minutes.
  2. Whipped Cream: Beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Chill until ready to use.
  3. Mousse Base: Mix powdered sugar and marscarpone/cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla extract and coffee. Fold in whipped cream gently.
