Instructions
- Prepare the Baking Dish and Chicken Layer – Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 13×9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Spread 2 cups of shredded chicken in the dish. Season with pepper, salt, and Mrs. Dash seasoning.
- Make the Stuffing – Prepare stuffing mix per package instructions. Microwave for 5-6 minutes, then let it steam.
- Mix and Layer the Soup Mixture – Combine cream of chicken soup and milk in a bowl. Pour over chicken in the baking dish.
- Assemble and Bake the Casserole – Top with stuffing, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Cool and Serve – Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
