Dole Pineapple Cream Popsicles Recipe

  • Author: lilan
  • Total Time: 4 hours 5 minutes
  • Yield: Approximately 6-8 popsicles (4-ounce each) 1x

Description

These delicious Dole Popsicles are a refreshing tropical treat made with crushed pineapple, pineapple juice, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream. Smooth and creamy, they’re perfect for cooling down on a hot day with a naturally sweet and fruity flavor.

Ingredients

Scale

Fruits & Juices

  • 20 ounces Dole Crushed Pineapple in heavy syrup (do not drain)
  • ⅓ cup pineapple juice

Dairy & Sweeteners

  • ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients: Gather the un-drained crushed pineapple, pineapple juice, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream.
  2. Blend ingredients: Add all ingredients to a blender. Pulse 5 to 7 times to combine, then blend on high speed for 2 to 2½ minutes until the mixture is completely smooth.
  3. Fill popsicle molds: Use a funnel or spoon to pour the blended mixture into 4-ounce popsicle molds. Insert the popsicle sticks into the molds.
  4. Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully frozen.
  5. Enjoy: Remove the popsicles from the molds and eat while frozen for a refreshing treat.

Notes

  • Do not drain the crushed pineapple; the syrup adds sweetness and flavor.
  • You can substitute heavy cream with coconut cream for a dairy-free alternative, though the taste will slightly change.
  • Make sure the blender mixture is completely smooth to avoid ice crystals in the popsicles.
  • For easier mold removal, run warm water briefly over the outside of the molds before extracting the popsicles.
