Ingredients
Scale
Fruits & Juices
- 20 ounces Dole Crushed Pineapple in heavy syrup (do not drain)
- ⅓ cup pineapple juice
Dairy & Sweeteners
- ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients: Gather the un-drained crushed pineapple, pineapple juice, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream.
- Blend ingredients: Add all ingredients to a blender. Pulse 5 to 7 times to combine, then blend on high speed for 2 to 2½ minutes until the mixture is completely smooth.
- Fill popsicle molds: Use a funnel or spoon to pour the blended mixture into 4-ounce popsicle molds. Insert the popsicle sticks into the molds.
- Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully frozen.
- Enjoy: Remove the popsicles from the molds and eat while frozen for a refreshing treat.
Notes
- Do not drain the crushed pineapple; the syrup adds sweetness and flavor.
- You can substitute heavy cream with coconut cream for a dairy-free alternative, though the taste will slightly change.
- Make sure the blender mixture is completely smooth to avoid ice crystals in the popsicles.
- For easier mold removal, run warm water briefly over the outside of the molds before extracting the popsicles.
