Sauce
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1/2 onion
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- parmesan to taste
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- parsley to serve
- red pepper flakes to serve
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Mince garlic and onions. Slice chicken breasts into cutlets.
