Creamy Bacon Cheddar Ranch Pasta Salad is a delicious and satisfying dish that combines the flavors of bacon, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing in a creamy pasta salad.
Ingredients

Pasta:
- 1 lb pasta
Sauce:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup liquid ranch dressing
Add-Ins:
- 6 oz cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1 lb bacon
- ½ cup green onions (chopped)
Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and place in a large bowl to cool.
- Cook Bacon: Cook bacon in the oven at 400ºF for 25 minutes. Chop.
- Prepare Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream and ranch dressing.
- Combine Ingredients: When the pasta has cooled but is still warm, add green onions, cheese, and half of the bacon. Mix to combine. Pour dressing over the warm pasta and stir to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve: Prior to serving, add the remaining bacon on top. Serve cold or at room temperature.

- This salad can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Feel free to add other mix-ins like cherry tomatoes or bell peppers for extra flavor and color.
