  • Author: lilan
  • Total Time: 8 hours 12 minutes (including chilling time)
  • Yield: Approximately 20 small pieces 1x

Description

This easy 2-ingredient Chocolate Orange Fudge combines the creamy sweetness of condensed milk with the zesty, smooth taste of Terry’s Chocolate Orange. Perfectly smooth and thick, this no-bake treat is finished with optional sprinkles for a festive touch. Ready in minutes and chilled overnight for the perfect sliceable fudge to enjoy as a rich and indulgent dessert or snack.

Ingredients

Scale

Fudge Base

  • 397 g can of condensed milk
  • 3 Terry’s Chocolate Oranges (about 400 g / 14 oz total)

Optional Toppings

  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Break 2 and a half Terry’s Chocolate Oranges into pieces (reserve half of one segment for decoration) and place them into a large glass bowl along with the entire can of condensed milk.
  2. Microwave and Beat: Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds, then beat it thoroughly until smooth. Repeat microwaving and beating two more times to ensure the mixture becomes very smooth and thick.
  3. Transfer to Tin: Pour the melted chocolate mixture into a small tin lined with baking paper for easy removal later.
  4. Decorate: Place the reserved chocolate orange pieces and sprinkles, if using, on top of the mixture for a decorative touch.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 8 hours or overnight to allow it to set properly.
  6. Serve: Once set, cut the fudge into small pieces and store in the fridge until ready to enjoy.

Notes

  • Using a glass bowl for microwaving helps distribute heat evenly and prevents scorching.
  • Reserve some chocolate orange pieces for an attractive topping to enhance presentation.
  • The fudge needs at least 8 hours to set properly, though overnight chilling yields the best texture.
  • Store the fudge refrigerated to maintain firmness and prevent melting.
  • This recipe is ideal for a quick, no-bake chocolate treat with minimal ingredients.
