For the Filling:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (divided)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
For Garnish:
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Heat the oven to 375°F and grease your baking dish.
- Mix Filling: In a bowl, blend ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
