Ingredients
Ground Beef:
1 lb.
Taco Seasoning Mix:
1 packet (or homemade taco seasoning)
Pillsbury Pizza Dough:
1 tube
Colby Jack and Cheddar Cheese Sticks:
5 sticks, halved
Butter:
4 tbsp, melted
Garlic Powder:
1 tsp
Dried Parsley:
1 tsp
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Prepare baking sheet: Lightly coat a large baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- Cook the ground beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet, drain any fat, mix in taco seasoning, and let cool.
- Prepare the pizza dough: Roll out the pizza dough and cut into rectangles.
- Assemble: Place taco meat and cheese stick on each rectangle, roll up, and seal.
- Brush with butter: Combine melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush on top of sticks.
- Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve: Serve hot with taco toppings.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the taco sticks with your favorite taco toppings like salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
- These can be made ahead and frozen for later use. Just reheat in the oven before serving.
