  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (cubed)
  • 1 cup cheddar (shredded, divided)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly spray a 2-quart casserole dish with olive oil and set it aside.
  2. Cook the ground beef: Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until no longer raw, about 5 minutes. Drain and return to skillet.
