- 450g thinly sliced beef
- 1 cup sliced mixed-color bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 3 tablespoons garlic butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Prepare Filling: In a skillet over medium heat, melt the garlic butter and sauté the onions and bell peppers until softened.
