Cheeseburger Rollups are a fun twist on the classic cheeseburger, all wrapped up in a delicious pizza dough. These rollups are perfect for a quick and easy meal that the whole family will love.

For the Hamburger Filling
- 1 pound lean ground beef, such as Certified Angus Beef’s 90/10 blend
- ½ cup red onion, diced
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 10-oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
For the Roll-Ups
- 1 batch pizza dough, homemade or storebought
- 1½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded (can substitute torn up pieces of American cheese)
- ½ Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp Italian seasonings
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- For the Hamburger Filling – Using a large skillet, add beef, onions, and garlic. Cook over medium-high heat until beef is fully cooked. Add diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Cook until liquid evaporates. Remove from heat.
- For the Roll-Ups – Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Roll dough into a 16”x8” rectangle. Spread meat mixture over dough, sprinkle cheese, and roll into a log. Place on baking sheet, brush with olive oil, sprinkle seasonings, and bake for 28-30 minutes.
Notes
- You can customize the fillings by adding your favorite burger toppings like pickles, bacon, or mushrooms.
- Feel free to serve these rollups with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce.
