  • 110 g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 100 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 115 g cream cheese, softened
  • 120 ml whole milk
  • 360 ml heavy cream
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 340 g rigatoni pasta

Instructions

  1. Cook the Cajun Steak Tips: Sear seasoned steak tips in a hot pan until cooked to your liking.
  2. Prepare the Cheesy Parmesan Sauce: Make a creamy sauce with butter, garlic, cream cheese, heavy cream, and milk.
  3. Cook the Rigatoni: Boil rigatoni until tender, then set aside.
  4. Incorporate Cheeses and Seasoning: Mix in cheeses and Cajun seasoning into the sauce.
