- Pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar-free semi-sweet chocolate chips (divided)
- 1–2 teaspoons water, as needed
Instructions
- Prepare Batter: Combine peanut butter, egg, cocoa powder, salt, sweetener, and 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips.
- Adjust Consistency: Add 1-2 teaspoons of water to thin the batter, if necessary.
- Preheat Waffle Maker: Follow manufacturer’s instructions.
- Cook Waffles: Pour half of the batter into the waffle iron, sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips, and cook for 2-3 minutes or until done.
- Repeat: Cook the remaining batter in the same manner.
