  • 1 Block Cream Cheese

Dough:

  • 1 Cup Warm Water
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Active Yeast
  • 1 Stick Softened Butter
  • ¼ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Sprinkle Cayenne
  • 1 Sprinkle Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Thyme
  • 1 Tbsp Everglades
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley
  • 6 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Warm Milk

Instructions

  1. Bacon Filling: Start by frying bacon in a cast iron skillet. Remove bacon and cook onion and garlic. Add mushrooms and spinach. Mix in cream cheese and butter.
  2. Dough: Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Blend butter, sugar, eggs, seasonings, and flour in a mixer. Add yeast mixture. Rest dough for 1 hour.
  3. Roll out dough, spread filling, roll into log, and cut into rolls. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  4. Add butter to skillet, place rolls, let rise, then bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Smother in butter and serve.
