Instructions
- Chill the Glass: Fill a martini glass with ice water or place in the freezer to chill.
- Rim the Glass: Optional – rim the glass with crushed Biscoff cookies by dipping the edge in simple syrup and pressing it into the crumbs.
- Prepare the Cocktail: Fill a shaker halfway with ice. Add vodka, coffee liqueur, fresh espresso, Biscoff cookie butter, and simple syrup. Stir to dissolve the cookie butter, then shake for 15-20 seconds.
- Strain and Serve: Strain the cocktail into the chilled glass. Garnish with a Biscoff cookie on the rim or crushed cookies on top. Optional: drizzle melted cookie butter or add coffee beans for decoration.
