Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a muffin pan with paper baking cups.
  2. Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, pumpkin spice, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix in eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Gradually add the flour mixture and mix until smooth.
