Instructions
- Prepare berry mixture: In a medium bowl, gently combine the fresh mixed berries with the Carnation Breakfast Essentials® Powder in French Vanilla powder. This enhances the berries with a creamy flavor and added nutrition. Set this bowl aside to let the flavors meld.
- First layer of yogurt: Spread half a cup (½ cup) of vanilla Greek yogurt evenly onto the bottom of two glasses or small bowls. This smooth base forms the foundation of your parfait.
- Add granola and berries: On top of the yogurt, add a quarter cup (¼ cup) of granola for crunch, followed by one tablespoon (1 tbsp) of honey drizzled evenly over it. Then, add a quarter cup (¼ cup) of the prepared mixed berry and protein powder mixture as the fruity and flavorful layer.
- Repeat layering: Repeat the layering process by adding another ½ cup of yogurt on top, then ¼ cup granola, 1 tablespoon honey, and ¼ cup of the berry mixture in each glass. This double layering creates a delightful taste and textural contrast with every bite.
- Serve immediately: Once assembled, serve the parfaits immediately to enjoy the freshest textures. Alternatively, refrigerate for up to 1-2 hours to chill slightly before serving, but consume within the day for best flavor and texture.
