  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅔ cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare pans: Preheat oven to 350°F and grease loaf pans.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt.
