Delicious and easy Air Fryer Apples recipe that makes a perfect sweet treat or dessert. These cinnamon-coated apple cubes are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and drizzled with maple syrup.

- 2 red apples (pink lady, honey crisp, or gala), peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch bite-sized cubes
- 2 Tbsp real maple syrup (divided)
- 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 380°F and lightly spray with non-stick spray.
- Toss Apples: In a bowl, toss the peeled apple cubes with 1 tablespoon maple syrup, coconut oil, and cinnamon.
- Air Fry: Add apple cubes to the air fryer basket without overlapping. Air fry for 10 – 14 minutes, shaking halfway through cooking.
- Finish: Remove from the air fryer and toss the warm apples in the remaining 1 tablespoon of maple syrup.
- Serve: Enjoy warm apples with vanilla ice cream, oatmeal, or on their own!
