  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

For the Honey Garlic Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

For Cooking:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, and grated Parmesan cheese. Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic to the bowl.
  2. Crack the egg into the mixture. Pour in the soy sauce, salt, black pepper, oregano, and thyme.
  3. Mix everything together until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

  5. Combine honey, ketchup, and apple cider vinegar in a saucepan. Heat and simmer.
