- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
For the Honey Garlic Sauce:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
For Cooking:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, and grated Parmesan cheese. Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic to the bowl.
- Crack the egg into the mixture. Pour in the soy sauce, salt, black pepper, oregano, and thyme.
- Mix everything together until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Roll the mixture into meatballs, about the size of a golf ball. Place them on a baking sheet.
- Combine honey, ketchup, and apple cider vinegar in a saucepan. Heat and simmer.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook the meatballs until browned.
- Toss the meatballs in the honey garlic sauce. Simmer until cooked through.
